Design and edit a motion graphic promotional video for a new film festival that connects all underlying themes of a selection of films. This project analyzes underlying themes for film, subject matter and how to create an everlasting brand for ever-changing content themes, like film. This promotional video is about 25sec, intended for web or as a commercial, fully edited and with sound. It includes found imagery and footage.
In this promo video, the message that is being communicated is that the audience should feel intrigued to come to the Transpose Film Fest and even if they can't see the connection between the films, the name of the festival could give them something to think about. The message is driven more clearly by not including words, but just with overlapping of different media, colors, small glitches and sound.
